We want you to have the flexibility to choose what’s best for you and your family. We offer a range of health care options with a variety of insurance carriers and costs.

We also offer several options for dental and vision plans to enhance your total wellness. All of our dental plans include coverage for routine dental exams and cleanings every six months, and some include additional coverage for basic and major dental care, including orthodontia. We’ve also curated several vision plans to fit your needs.

Adoption Support

We believe in family, and adoption can be a wonderful way to grow yours; that’s why we offer up to $5,000 per finalized adoption to cover the cost of qualified expenses, including court costs, attorney fees, travel, and other expenses that are directly related to the adoption process.

Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) allows you to call and speak confidentially with a trained and experienced counselor who will assist you in getting the help you need. You can contact the EAP 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

PTO & Holidays

Taking time off to rest and recharge is so important to your overall wellness. Our PTO program is detailed in the link above. You can rest assured, knowing you can take time away from work to care for yourself and your loved ones. We’ve got your back.

Holidays are about friends and family, rest and celebration. Here at Amentum, we observe nine paid holidays per year (7 dedicated and 2 floating) to help you connect and create memories with those who matter most in your life.

Care.com

Your Care.com benefit makes it easier for you to find caregivers for your whole family, including your children, parents, grandparents and pets. All regular full-time and regular part-time employees in the U.S. are eligible for Care.com. It gives you access to a variety of helpful family care resources.

Retirement Plans

Planning for life after retirement is an important part of all of our lives, and we want to help you in meeting your post-retirement financial goals. Our Retirement & Savings Plan (RSP) is a 401(k) plan, and you are eligible to participate on your very first day at Amentum.

You can contribute up to 75% of your eligible compensation (subject to IRS limitations) to the Retirement Savings Plan You also have the option to defer pre-tax, after-tax, and Roth contributions as part of the plan.

Pet Insurance

Your pets are part of the family, too, so as part of our commitment to going further for our people, we offer pet insurance to help defray veterinary expenses for a sick or injured dog or cat. Even better: in some cases, preventive care may also be covered, so Fluffy and Ralph can stay healthy.

Voluntary Benefits

In addition to pet insurance there are some others useful benefits offered at Amentum. We offer additional voluntary benefits including a home/auto insurance program, group legal insurance, and a purchasing power program.
